AMS 1.6 introduces Event Sales Tax Tracking — turn the sales from any market or show into a ready-to-file summary, with filing reminders and an outstanding-filings list. The Claude assistant gets a friendly new home page with one-click starting points, runs your guided workflows just by being asked, and can now break your sales down by channel and by event. The app also picks up its new brand logo everywhere — navigation, sign-in pages, emails, and browser tabs.

New Features

Event Sales Tax

• Every event log now has a Sales Tax card that turns the sales tied to that market or show into a ready-to-file summary: what you sold, what you collected, and what's due, with a breakdown by rate.
• Turn on State tax and Local tax, each with its own rate, and the tax due is worked out for you. Keep your full filing record — how you file, your deadline, and once filed, the date, confirmation number, and amount paid — with a status tag (To file, Filed, Paid, or Not required).
• Save repeatable tax details on the event itself so every new log starts pre-filled. Turn on a filing reminder and a to-do lands on your Tasks list before the deadline, on the team member's list you choose.
• Your Events page gains a Sales Tax tab that gathers every filing you still owe into one list, soonest deadline first — click any row to jump straight to its details.
• Gentle cross-checks flag when what you collected and what the rate works out to don't line up, so you can double-check for refunds or exempt sales. It never blocks you and never gives tax advice, and your typed entries are never overwritten by a re-sync.

Claude Assistant Home

• The Claude Assistant now opens to a friendly landing page anyone on your team can reach, with a grid of one-click starting points for things like first-time setup, finding new shows to apply to, and a weekly business review.
• A Skills tab lets you browse every guided workflow the assistant knows, and view or download any of them.
• Once Claude is connected, a Claude Assistant card appears on your dashboard for quick access.

Guided Workflows on Request

• Just ask Claude in plain language (“find me some shows to apply to this fall”) and it runs the real guided workflow, grounded in your business — no hidden menu or special wording needed.
• The assistant's wording throughout is now plainer and more helpful, and it offers a sensible next step at the end of each task.

Sales by Channel and Event

• When Claude is connected, it can now break your sales down by channel (online, wholesale, consignment, events, and more) and by individual event, so you can see where revenue and profit really come from and how a specific show performed.

Leads Review Queue

• Leads Claude creates for you now land in a new Review status — a holding area you check before they enter your active pipeline, instead of mixing straight in.
• A new Source filter lets you isolate leads created by Claude versus ones you added yourself.

Download Your Documents

• Download any document from the Claude document store as a file, from both the Documents list and the document viewer.

New Brand Logo

• The app's new logo now appears across the dashboard navigation, sign-in and account pages, admin and help pages, and the header of every email.
• The app finally has a proper browser-tab icon and link preview, and can now be installed as an app on your phone or computer.

Improvements

• The Strict / Contains search toggle is now available on many more list pages, including Retailers, Components, Employees, Tasks, Events, Podcasts, and Collabs.
• Connecting a Shopify custom app now checks your secret key as you paste it and rejects a wrong or mistyped value right away, instead of silently breaking sales import later.
• The Events page tabs now use the same tidy pill-style switcher as the rest of the app.
• The assistant's confirm and undo messages now use plain words instead of behind-the-scenes shorthand.
• When Claude opens one of your guided workflows, your Change History now shows it as “Opened a guided workflow.”

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Shopify sales auto-import silently bringing in nothing for some stores; sales now flow in reliably, with an hourly safety net that catches anything a live update missed.
• Fixed the Claude assistant occasionally stalling on a “waiting for approval” prompt when it was only reading your data.
• Fixed a lead not flagging as “waiting on a follow-up” the moment its follow-up date arrived, including for overdue conversations written up after the fact.
• Fixed your “last contacted” date jumping backward when you logged an older conversation; it now always reflects your most recent one, and updates when you edit or delete a conversation.
• Fixed the Change History offering an “Undo” on contact-detail edits that it would then refuse, and showing automatically-maintained fields as if you had edited them.
