AMS 1.5

Shared business memory for your Claude assistant, a full Change History with undo, guided Claude workflows, and importing older Shopify sales from a spreadsheet.

June 11 – June 24, 2026

AMS 1.5 makes your Claude assistant far more useful: it can now keep durable notes about your business, walk you through guided workflows, and suggest what to do next. This release also adds a complete Change History of edits to your records with one-click undo, brings your older Shopify sales into AMS from a spreadsheet, and sharpens everyday tools like search and bulk uploads.

New Features

Shared Memory for Claude

  • Your Claude assistant can now keep durable notes about your business — brand voice, yearly plan, stockist profiles, and its own working notes — so they carry across conversations and across Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile.
  • A new Documents tab in the Claude area lets you read those notes, with full version history.

Guided Claude Workflows

  • Claude now offers fifteen guided workflows, from building a brand guide or yearly plan to a weekly business review, a reorder check, a pricing and margin review, and finding new leads or events online.
  • When you first connect, Claude gently suggests a few next steps based on what you have set up, instead of waiting to be asked.

Change History with Undo

  • A new Change History view shows a filterable timeline of edits to your leads, retailers, products, outreach, events, tasks, and documents — with before-and-after detail and who made each change.
  • Safe changes can be undone with one click; a confirmation names the record first so nothing reverts by accident. Edits that affect stock or money explain why they can't be undone here.
  • Change History appears both under Integrations and as a tab on Business Properties, with plain field names, a person and record name for each row, and times shown in your local timezone.

Import Older Shopify Sales

  • The Sales “Import Shopify Orders” window now has a CSV Import tab for bringing in Shopify sales older than the last 60 days — just drag in Shopify's order export file.
  • It shows a summary of what's importable, what's already in AMS, and anything unmatched, and safely imports large files in batches without touching your stock counts.

Shopify Sync: Ignore and Review

  • You can now ignore Shopify-only products during a sync, not just AMS ones, and review everything you've hidden in one place under a new Ignored tab.
  • The sync review is now organized into tabs — Conflicts, Matched, AMS Only, Shopify Only, and Ignored — each with a live count.
  • The Leads search bar now has a Strict / Contains toggle — “Contains” matches your text anywhere in a name, while “Strict” lists only names that start with what you type, so you can browse “everything starting with P” on a long list.

Suggested Price Column

  • The products list now shows a read-only Sugg. Price column next to Retail Price, so you can spot at a glance which products' prices have drifted from the suggested retail and fix them inline.

Improvements

  • Bulk spreadsheet uploads (leads, products, components) now catch duplicates before importing — matches are listed, default to skip, and can be imported anyway one by one.
  • Inline table edits no longer shrink to a tiny box in narrow columns, so longer values are easier to type across products, components, retailers, and events.
  • The Shopify import window now opens on the live “From Shopify” import by default, with the spreadsheet import second.
  • Refunded and partially-refunded Shopify orders can no longer be selected for import, since refunds aren't supported yet.
  • Reordering a product's images in Shopify now works as expected — AMS no longer forces your primary image to the front on every variant.
  • Removed the unused Phone Notifications field from Business Properties, since AMS doesn't send phone or text alerts.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Active/Voided status filter on the Sales page, which previously showed no rows instead of filtering.
  • Fixed a Shopify sync failure caused by leftover option data, which also cleared phantom size labels from the Stock tab.
  • Change History now shows the person's name on manual edits instead of the generic word “Dashboard.”
  • Claude no longer claims it can undo a permanent delete or a sensitive cost edit that the undo would actually decline.
  • The Claude activity log no longer drops entries during brief network hiccups.
