AMS 1.3
Stock Management, Auto-Stock, Shopify stock sync, integrations hub, and wholesale Pull from On Hand.
April 30 – May 27, 2026
AMS 1.3 introduces a brand-new Stock Management system, a major expansion of the Shopify integration including live stock sync, and a unified Integrations hub. Stock Management, the Shopify integration, and the Claude integration are currently in Beta.
New Features
Stock Management (Beta)
- New Inventory → Stock Management page tracks on-hand stock for every product variant and component in one place, with stat cards for low-stock and out-of-stock counts.
- Variants are grouped under their parent product. Search by product name, SKU, or variant SKU, filter by attribute, and edit stock quantities inline.
- New Bulk Adjust tool lets you select multiple rows and apply a single stock change with a reason — useful for year-end counts, breakage, or transfers.
- Every stock change is fully audited so you can trace exactly when and why a quantity changed.
Auto-Stock (Beta)
- Products built from components can now turn on Auto-Stock in the Edit Product modal. AMS calculates how many of the product you can build from the components you have on hand — no manual stock entry needed.
- When an auto-stock product is sold, the component quantities are automatically subtracted. Your component stock drops, the product recalculates, and everything stays in sync.
- The Stock Management page shows how many of each finished product your components currently support, color-coded so you can quickly spot which component is the bottleneck.
Shopify Stock Sync (Beta)
- AMS now keeps your Shopify stock quantities in sync. When you record a sale, ship a wholesale order, or adjust stock in AMS, the change is pushed to Shopify within a few minutes — minus any wholesale commitments so you don't oversell.
- New Push Log tab shows the last 30 days of stock pushes so you can confirm what was sent and triage anything Shopify rejected.
- New Settings tab lets you pause and resume stock sync, pick which Shopify location to push to, and turn on Sold-Out Override to force Shopify to show a variant as sold out when AMS isn't tracking it.
- Click Push pending now if you don't want to wait for the next sync cycle.
- The sync compare flow now handles stock conflicts too — if AMS and Shopify disagree on a variant's quantity, you can resolve it inline or with the Accept-All bulk buttons.
Integrations Hub (Beta)
- My Business → Integrations is now a hub that lists every available integration on its own tile.
- Each integration has its own detail page. The Shopify page is organized into four tabs: Overview, Push Log, Settings, and Setup Wizard.
Claude Integration (Beta)
- Connect Claude is now a single Claude integration page with four tabs: Overview, Access Tokens, Tools, and Setup.
Pull from On Hand for Wholesale
- Wholesale orders created from the dashboard now have a Pull from On Hand checkbox (on by default). When checked, the ordered quantities are immediately reserved from your on-hand stock so you can't double-sell the same units to someone else.
- The actual on-hand count moves at ship time. Cancel the order before shipping and the reservation is released automatically.
- Uncheck the box to keep stock available for other sales until the order ships — still the right choice for made-to-order wholesale.
Order Line-Item Editing
- You can now edit, add, and delete line items on an order after it's been submitted — useful when a retailer changes their mind, you need a substitution, or the original cart had a typo. Stock and totals recalculate automatically.
Improvements
- The Shopify setup wizard now takes a Shop ID input and remembers your progress across tabs and reloads, so you can switch to Shopify Admin and come back without losing your place.
- Wizard steps that reference the Shopify Partner / dev dashboard now link directly to the right page in Shopify.
- The primary sync button is now labeled Full Sync And Compare so the destination's purpose is clear before clicking.
- Refunded and partially-refunded Shopify orders are now correctly skipped during order import.
- The Pricing Worksheet tab on a product now shows a live stock column alongside cost and pricing inputs.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed wholesale orders with Pull from On Hand showing each item twice on the transaction detail page and doubling revenue in reports.
- Fixed an error when reconnecting to a different Shopify store.
- Disconnecting Shopify now properly revokes access from your store instead of leaving the connection alive on Shopify's side.
- Fixed the Sales dashboard counting stock adjustments and consignment inventory entries as revenue.
- Fixed Shopify sync showing archived products as ready to import.
