AMS 1.4 brings your Shopify sales into AMS automatically and keeps your stock accurate as they come in. You can now build a library of step-by-step procedures and attach them to tasks, assign past sales to an event, and share a public pricing calculator with anyone. Large first-time Shopify imports are also far more reliable — they finish on their own and email you when they're done.
New Features
Standard Operating Procedures
- New SOPs library where you can write step-by-step procedures, sort them by category, and attach reference links or documents to each one.
- Attach one or more SOPs to any task, so whoever picks it up has the instructions right there.
- Team members can open a task's SOPs in a clean, read-only viewer from My Tasks.
Shopify Sales Auto-Import
- Turn on a single setting to have paid Shopify orders flow into AMS as sales automatically, with no manual import step.
- Turning it on imports the last 7 days of paid orders right away and shows a summary of what came in.
- When an order is canceled in Shopify, the matching AMS sale is reversed and its stock restored.
- If an import ever fails, it's recorded and you get an email, so nothing slips by unnoticed.
Sales Now Adjust Stock
- Imported Shopify sales now reduce your AMS stock for matched products, and use up components for made-to-order items, so your inventory stays accurate.
- Voiding an imported sale correctly puts its stock back.
Attribute Sales to an Event
- Select sales on the Sales dashboard and assign them to an event, so their revenue and profit roll into that event's totals.
- Your selection carries across pages and filters, and you can select every sale matching your current filters at once.
- Sales already tied to an event can be moved to a different one without double-counting.
Public Pricing Calculator
- A shareable pricing calculator anyone can use without an account to model unit pricing and per-channel profit.
Review Your Goals with Claude
- Claude can now review your annual goals and write a report with progress, pace, and recommendations — handy before a year-end planning session.
Improvements
- Large first-time Shopify imports no longer time out: product details appear right away with a live progress bar, images fill in over the next few minutes, and you get an email when they're done.
- A Shopify import now finishes on its own even if you close the tab or navigate away.
- The Sales dashboard now filters by a From/To date range (year-to-date by default) instead of a search box, and the summary cards follow the selected range.
- The Sales summary cards now total correctly for businesses with more than 1,000 transactions, which were previously under-counted.
- The “Import from Shopify” date picker now stays within the 60 days Shopify allows and defaults to the widest range, so you can fetch orders right away.
- Imported Shopify sales that don't match an AMS product now show the original Shopify item name instead of a blank dash.
- Set a product's Active/Inactive status from the product edit form, and change status for many products at once from the Products table.
- In the Manage Variants panel, a new Remove All Variants option gives you a clean slate before a fresh Shopify import.
- The Products table search now matches on product name or code, not just name.
- The Shopify conflict resolver no longer pre-highlights a side, so it's clear you still need to pick one for each difference.
Bug Fixes
- Fetching Shopify orders to import no longer fails when an order contains an item with no product code.
- Business admins can now void and restore transactions again (the action was being wrongly blocked).
- Deleting variant option values now sticks instead of snapping back when you clear the last one.
- The first Shopify import no longer fails for products that carried leftover hidden variants.
- Fixed an inflated “some variants aren't linked” count when turning on Shopify sales auto-import, and corrected instructions that pointed to a screen that doesn't exist.
