Change History

See who changed what in your account, and put a recent change back the way it was.

Overview

Change History is a record of edits to your leads, retailers, products, events, tasks, goals, outreach and documents. It shows who made each change, when, and what changed. Only business admins can see it.

You can open it in two places:

  • My Business > Business Properties, then the Change History tab. This shows everyone's changes.
  • Integrations > AI Assistant, click Settings, then the Change History tab. This starts with only your AI assistant's changes.

Find a change

  • Search by the record's name, like a lead or product name.
  • Use the User filter to see changes by one person or by your AI assistant.
  • The Change column says what happened: Created, Updated, Archived, Restored or Deleted.
  • Click View in the Details column to see each field before and after.

Undo a change

  1. Find the change and click Undo.
  2. Check the message, then click Undo change.

The record goes back to how it was before that change. The undo shows up in the history too, so nothing is lost.

When Undo isn't there

Some changes show a dash instead of Undo. Point at the dash, or open View, to see why. The usual reasons:

  • It was a new or deleted record. Undo works on edits and archives only.
  • The record changed again since. Undoing would wipe out the newer edit.
  • It touches your totals or stock, like a product. Fix it on that record's own page instead.
  • It's outreach or a document. Outreach is a log of what happened, and documents have their own version history.
  • It changed contact details or a very long text. Fix those on the record's own page.
  • It was already undone.

For sales, only Mark as paid shows up here, so you can undo it if you picked the wrong sale. To take back a whole sale, open it and click Void Transaction (see the Sales & Transactions page).

How long history is kept

Changes stay in the history for 12 months, then they're cleared out.
