Outreach

Track all your business outreach activity across retailers, leads, podcasts, and collabs.

Overview

Outreach is a cross-cutting feature that lets you log and track communication with any business entity in AMS — retailers, leads, podcasts, and collaborations. Every outreach entry creates a historical record so you can see when you last contacted someone, what was discussed, and when to follow up.

Logging Outreach

There are several places to log outreach depending on your workflow:

From Entity Tables

On the Retailers, Leads, Podcasts, and Collabs tables, each row has an Outreach option in the three-dot action menu. Clicking it opens the outreach modal pre-configured for that entity.

From Detail Pages

Retailer detail pages have an Outreach tab showing the full outreach history for that retailer, with the ability to log new entries directly from the tab.

From Tasks

Outreach-type tasks include an outreach logging step when completing the task. This combines task completion with outreach recording in a single flow, ensuring your outreach history stays up to date as you work through your task list.

Outreach Page

Navigate to Marketing > Outreach to see a consolidated view of all outreach activity across all entity types. This global view is useful for reviewing your recent outreach activity and identifying which relationships need follow-up.

Outreach Fields

When logging outreach, you can record:

  • Outreach Type — The method of contact: Email, Insta DM, Web Form, or Call
  • Notes — What was discussed or communicated
  • Follow-up Date — When to reach out again

Tracking Indicators

Entity tables include two outreach-related columns to help you prioritize:

  • Last Outreach — Shows the date of the most recent outreach entry
  • Pending — An indicator showing if a follow-up is due or overdue

In the Tasks section, you can also filter tasks by last outreach timeframes (7 days, 30 days, 30+ days, 60+ days, never) to focus on relationships that need attention.
