Podcasts & Collabs

Overview

Podcasts & Collabs keeps two kinds of contacts in one place, with a tab for each:

• Podcasts — shows you've been a guest on, or host
• Collabs — people and brands you team up with

Go to Marketing > Podcasts & Collabs.

Podcasts tab

Add a podcast

Click + Add Podcast and fill in what you know. Only Name is required.

• Contact — First Name, Last Name, Email, Instagram and Website
• Guest or Host — whether you're on the show as a guest or you host it
• Episode Date — the day the episode came out. Your podcast goals can count it for you.
• Show Notes, Podcast Theme and Notes — anything you want to remember
• Contact Reminder Frequency — how many days you want between check-ins
• Address — handy if you only book shows in certain countries. When you turn a lead into a podcast, its address comes along.

Podcast table

Shows Name, Contact, Email, Instagram, Guest, Host, Episode Date, Last Outreach and Pending. Click Export to save the list as a spreadsheet (it includes country).

Collabs tab

Add a collab

Switch to the Collabs tab and click + Add Collab. Only Name is required.

• Contact — First Name, Last Name, Email, Website and Instagram
• Collab Type — pick one you've used before or type a new one
• Kind of Collab — Live, Giveaway, Party or Other. Your Collab Lives, Giveaways and Parties goals count by this. Leave it blank and AMS picks one from the Collab Type
• Start Date and End Date — your Collaborations goal can count each collab in the month it starts
• Starting Followers, Ending Followers and Collab Followers — to see how the collab grew your following
• Discount Code and Sales from Discount Code
• Contact Reminder Frequency and Notes

Collab table

Shows Name, Contact, Email, Instagram, Collab Type, Start Date, End Date, Last Outreach and Pending. Click Export to save the list as a spreadsheet.

On both tabs, search finds names. Pick Contains to match anywhere in the name, or Strict to match names that start with what you type.

Row menu

Each podcast and collab has a row menu:

• Details — opens its own page with everything about it
• Edit — change its details
• Outreach — log that you got in touch, with notes and a Reminder Date. Last Outreach and Pending help you see who needs a nudge.
• Add Task — make a task about it

Details pages

Click a name (or Details in the row menu) to open its own page. You'll find:

• cards with everything you've saved, like Contact, Show Notes and Podcast Theme for a podcast, or Campaign and Metrics for a collab
• an Outreach tab with every time you've been in touch
• Add Outreach and Edit buttons (podcasts also have Add Task)
