Configure and share your online product catalog for wholesale and consignment retailers.
The Retail Portal is a public-facing product catalog that retailers can browse and use to submit order requests. It works for both wholesale and consignment retailers. You configure the portal settings from your dashboard and share unique links with each retailer.
Navigate to Retail > Retail Portal to configure your portal settings. This page is available to business admins only.
A rich text editor where you can write a welcome message or terms that appear at the top of your portal catalog. Supports bold, italic, headings, lists, and links.
Configure the default Wholesale Discount (%) applied to retail prices for wholesale orders, and the Minimum Cart Amount required before a wholesale order can be submitted.
Upload a logo image that appears at the top of your portal catalog page. This helps brand the ordering experience for your retailers.
Upload a downloadable PDF catalog that retailers can access from your portal. This is useful for providing a printable version of your product offerings.
The portal configuration page shows your shareable portal links at the bottom. Click the copy button next to any link to copy it to your clipboard.
A general-purpose link for any new wholesale buyer. Orders submitted through this link include the buyer's contact information so you can follow up. This is useful for sharing on your website or social media.
Each retailer in your system has a unique portal link. When a retailer uses their specific link, the portal knows who they are — their business name, contact info, and rate are pre-filled. The catalog shows pricing appropriate for their retailer type (wholesale or consignment).
The retail portal is a public storefront page — no login is required for retailers to browse or submit orders.
The portal displays all products that have been listed for retail (see "Listing Products" below), organized by collection. Each product shows its name, primary image, and pricing appropriate for the retailer type. Products with multiple images display an auto-rotating carousel with navigation controls.
For products with variants, clicking the product opens a variant selector where the retailer chooses their desired options (e.g., Size and Color) from dropdown menus. Only valid combinations are shown. The price updates to reflect the selected variant's pricing. Products without variants show a simple quantity selector instead.
After adding items to their cart, the retailer reviews the order summary with line items, quantities, gross totals, and overall totals. For retailer-specific links, contact and business information is pre-filled. For anonymous wholesale links, the buyer must provide their Business Name and Tax ID (both required), along with contact information (name, email, phone). Once submitted, you receive an email notification with the full order details, and the order appears in your Retail > Orders list.
For a product to appear in the retail portal catalog, two conditions must be met:
For products with variants, at least one variant must also have its Retail Listing checkbox checked. Products where all variants are unlisted will not appear on the portal even if the product itself is listed for retail.
Products are ordered in the catalog first by Collection, then by Sub Order (Front/Back), then by Name. Manage these fields in the product details to control the display order.
