Navigation

Learn how to navigate AMS using the sidebar, global search, and dashboard.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen after logging in. It displays quick navigation cards for each section of AMS you have access to, including Components, Products, Retailers, Events, Leads, Podcasts, My Tasks, and Goals (admin only). Click any card to jump directly to that section.

The left sidebar provides access to every section of AMS. It includes collapsible sections for grouped pages and direct links for standalone pages. Click a section header to expand or collapse it.

The sidebar organizes pages into the following sections:

  • Inventory — Components, Products, Pricing Calculator
  • Sales — Sales Dashboard, New Sale
  • Retail — Retailers, Orders, Retail Portal
  • Marketing — Leads, Podcasts & Collabs, Outreach
  • My Business (admin only) — Business Properties, Recurring Expenses, Team Members, Task Admin, Goal Setting, Goals Dashboard, Integrations

Events and My Tasks are direct links without sub-items. A Help dropdown in the top header provides access to Documentation and Support Tickets.

Collapsed Mode

Click the collapse button at the bottom of the sidebar to switch to icon-only mode, giving more screen space to your content. Click again to expand. Your preference is remembered for the session.

Mobile Navigation

On smaller screens, the sidebar becomes a slide-out drawer. Tap the hamburger menu icon to open it. The drawer shows the same navigation sections as the desktop sidebar. Tap a link to navigate and the drawer closes automatically. Press Escape or tap the backdrop to close it.

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the global search bar. Search across products, components, retailers, orders, transactions, events, leads, collaborations, and podcasts. Results appear instantly as you type — click a result to navigate directly to that record.

User Menu

Click your avatar and name in the top-right corner to open the user menu. From here you can:

  • Profile — Update your name, email, phone number, and password
  • Subscription — Manage your billing and subscription plan (opens in a new tab)
  • Sign out — Log out of your account

Permissions

What you see in AMS depends on your access level and permissions. Business admins have full access to all sections, including My Business settings, team management, and task administration. Staff members see only the sidebar sections their admin has granted them access to.
