Manage your AMS subscription, billing, and payment details.
AMS uses a monthly subscription model. Subscription management is available to business admins only — employee accounts do not see billing options. Access subscription settings from the user menu in the top-right corner by clicking your name and selecting Subscription.
New AMS accounts start with a free trial period. During the trial you have full access to all features. The subscribe page shows how many days remain in your trial. If you subscribe before the trial ends, your remaining trial days are preserved — you won't be charged until the trial period is over.
AMS is $25/month for the first year (introductory rate), then $50/month at the standard rate. Your subscription includes full access to all features for your entire business — inventory management, retail tools, events, marketing, goals, the retail portal, and Shopify integration.
There are no per-user charges. All team members on your business account are included in the subscription.
We'll email you before your first-year rate ends, so the change to the standard rate is never a surprise. You don't need to do anything — we'll simply bill the standard rate on your next billing date.
When your trial ends or you're ready to subscribe, click Subscription in the user menu. This opens the subscribe page where you can review the plan details and click Subscribe Now. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your payment information.
After completing checkout, you're returned to the AMS dashboard with your subscription active.
Once subscribed, clicking Subscription in the user menu opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:
You can also access billing from My Business > Business Properties, which shows your current subscription status and a Manage Billing button.
Go to My Business > Business Properties and click Change plan on the Subscription card. You'll see every plan and what each one costs, with the yearly saving shown next to the yearly options.
Before you move to a smaller plan, we'll tell you what changes — team members who will lose access, open orders that will be hidden, and whether your retail portal stops taking orders. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back if you move up again.
If you're on an original founding price, you can move to a new plan, but that price can't be brought back afterwards.
